For real-estate professionals
The photographs are on your phone. Put the verified facts beside them.
A property enquiry often starts from a handful of photographs and a message asking whether the home is still available. The answer depends on facts scattered across notes, a listing system and the agent who last spoke to the owner. Copying them into another layout creates one more place for an address, fee or date to drift.
The presentation has a narrower job: show this property clearly, keep supplied features attached to the right photographs, and give the viewer a way to express interest. It should never fill an empty field with a plausible measurement or turn a preferred viewing date into an appointment.
That boundary matters just as much for a demonstration as for a live instruction. The example above says it is fictional, labels the facts as a demonstration and tells the visitor their request will be reviewed. A real page replaces those details with the agent's verified ones rather than hiding the distinction.
What went in.
What came back.
A clearly labelled property presentation with feature cards, photographs and a viewing-enquiry form that promises review rather than confirmation. It is live right now — open it and check.
Three more things you could send from the same thread
- A gallery of your photosThe trip, the job, the wedding, the house you finally finished. Or everything in it, photographed for the insurance.
- A page from a video you filmedWalk round talking about it. What you said becomes the words, and the best frames become the pictures.
- A form people fill inAsk for the date, the size, the budget — whatever you need before you can answer them. It arrives on WhatsApp.
- A list you add to by messagingContacts, stock, a guest list, a client book. Add to it in the thread, and ask what is on it when you need to know.
What it will not do
Nine things, straight off the product’s own list. If one of them is what you need, this is the wrong tool and it is better to know now.
- changing what an entry SAYS from the conversation, or rewriting a stranger's submission anywhere
- deleting the account itself — wiping everything we hold about the owner and closing them down
- cutting stills from a video longer than twenty minutes
- an account or a login for anybody who is not the owner — a customer, a team-mate, a guest
- a page that takes money from the people who open it — a checkout, a card field, a shopping basket
- exporting a PDF of a page that is NOT a proposal, a quote or a budget — a gallery, a menu, a price list, a shop or anything interactive
- a second person editing the page itself
- editing or cutting a video file
Questions real-estate professionals ask
What does an agent need to send for a property presentation?
An agent sends the photographs and the facts that have been checked: the location wording, features, price status, availability wording and any required disclosure. wiwi can arrange those inputs into a shareable page, while missing addresses, dimensions or terms stay missing until the agent supplies them.
Can the property page collect viewing enquiries?
A real-estate property page can include a form for a name, preferred viewing date, intended move-in date or other relevant questions. The answers reach the owner's private workspace. The form records interest; it does not claim that the person, finances, property or appointment have been verified.
Can a real-estate professional change the page after sharing it?
The agent can message a correction or replacement fact and keep the existing page address. That makes a supplied availability update visible to people with the earlier link, without giving wiwi permission to infer a status from silence or from a date that has passed.
Does every property page have to use the same design?
wiwi chooses a direction from the material rather than applying one estate-agency template to every home. The Gràcia demonstration uses a quiet editorial layout for six photographs; a short commercial brief or a video walkthrough can produce a different structure while staying inside the same verified facts.
Send it the thing you keep explaining.
The photos still sitting in the thread. The video nobody has watched. The price list you have typed out four times this month.
