These are the terms you and we are on when you use wiwi. They are written to be read, not to be impressive. If something here is unclear, ask us and we will answer plainly.
1. Who these are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Wisepunk LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, United States — "wiwi", "we", "us". Using wiwi means you accept them.

You send a message to our WhatsApp number describing what you want. wiwi builds a web page from it and gives you a link you can send to anybody. You can ask for changes in the same conversation, go back to an earlier version, and collect replies from the people who open it.
There is nothing to install, no signup form and no password.
3. Who can use it
You need to be 18 or over. If you are using wiwi for a business, you are confirming you are allowed to enter into this agreement for that business.
4. Your account
Your account is your WhatsApp number. There is no password, which is the point — but it means anybody who can use your WhatsApp can use your wiwi account. Keep your phone locked, and tell us if your number ever passes to somebody else.
5. The free allowance
Every new account gets a one-off US$2.00 of credit — roughly 8 pages. It is a grant, not a trial: we do not ask for a card, nothing renews, and it does not turn into a paid plan. Nothing will ever be charged to you unless you choose a plan and enter a card yourself.
When it runs out, making new pages and changing existing ones stop. Pages you have already published stay online.

Prices are in US dollars and do not include any sales tax or VAT we are required to add, which is shown before you pay.
"Pages" is a guide, not a quota of exactly that many things. Work is metered in credit, and an elaborate page with video and a form costs more credit than a simple one. Your balance is always visible at my.wiwi.ws.
Plans are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never receive your card details.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from my.wiwi.ws, or through the Stripe link in your receipts. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep what you have until then.
Pages you have published stay online after you cancel.
8. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK: your right to withdraw
You may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of taking it out, without giving a reason. Tell us in your WhatsApp thread or email privacy@wiwi.ws — any clear statement is enough.
If you asked us to start straight away and you used wiwi during those 14 days, we may keep an amount in proportion to what you used before you withdrew, and we refund the rest. We refund within 14 days of being told, by the same means you paid.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights your own country's law gives you as a consumer.
9. What wiwi does not do
So that nobody buys a plan expecting something that is not there. This is what wiwi does not do, in the product's own words:
taking an owner's money, or putting more credit on their account
changing what an entry SAYS from the conversation, or rewriting a stranger's submission anywhere
deleting the account itself — wiping everything we hold about the owner and closing them down
cutting stills from a video longer than twenty minutes
an account or a login for anybody who is not the owner — a customer, a team-mate, a guest
a page that takes money from the people who open it — a checkout, a card field, a shopping basket
exporting a PDF
a second person editing the page itself
editing or cutting a video file
Some of those are limits on what wiwi will do by itself, rather than on what is possible at all. Closing an account is the clearest: wiwi will never do it on its own say-so, and a person here will do it the day you ask. The privacy policy says how to ask.
This list is generated from what the product itself declares, so it cannot quietly go out of date. If something moves off it, it moved because the product changed.
10. Your content stays yours
What you send us is yours, and the pages wiwi builds for you are yours to use however you like — commercially, or not.
You give us the licence we need to actually run the service: to store what you send, process it, build your page from it and publish that page at the address you are given. That licence lasts as long as you keep the content with us and ends when you delete it or close your account, apart from the backup window described in the privacy policy.
You are responsible for having the right to use what you send us.
11. What you must not use wiwi for
Do not use wiwi to:
do anything illegal where you are, or where the people reading your page are
impersonate somebody, or publish a page designed to mislead people about who they are dealing with
publish other people's personal information without a lawful basis for it
distribute malware, or run a phishing or fraud operation
harass, threaten or abuse anybody
We may suspend or close an account being used for any of that, and take the pages down. Where we can, we say why.
12. Pages are built by a model, and you should read them before you send them
wiwi builds pages using AI. It can get things wrong — a figure, a date, a detail about your business, a claim you would never make yourself.
Read a page before you send it to a customer. What your page says is your responsibility, and it is the one part of this we cannot do for you.
We do not warrant that what wiwi produces is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. The service is otherwise provided as it is.
13. Keeping it running, and changing it
We work to keep wiwi available but we do not promise it always will be. We may add, change or withdraw features as the product develops.
If we withdraw something you are paying for and relying on, you can cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
14. Liability
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for everything connected with wiwi is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or lost opportunity.
If you are a consumer, you keep every right your own law gives you, and this section applies only as far as that law allows.
15. Data protection
What we do with information about you is in our privacy policy.
One part is yours, not ours. When somebody fills in a form on a page you published, you are the controller of what they submitted and we are your processor. You decide what to ask for and why, you need a lawful basis for asking, and requests about it come to you. We hold it on your instructions, we do not use it for our own purposes, and we will help you answer a request if you get one.
16. Which law, and which courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the EEA or the UK, that does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own local courts.
17. Changes to these terms
When these terms change we publish the new version here and change the date at the top. That date is how you can tell — it last changed on 29 August 2026. If you do not accept a change, cancel, and it stops applying at the end of the period you have paid for.
